I have tons of mods, just did a fresh install so I can add them one by one. That's not what I wanted to do after work though. I just want to play.

Freaked out because I made the mistake of copying my .20 install into my existing .19 folder, resulting in a ton of duplicated parts, parts without textures, etc etc.

Finally got things sorted out.

What you need to do, FYI, is make a new folder for the .20 and then just copy your saves and ships into it. Then reinstall any mods you need.

Set up a fresh install, no mods except MechJeb, and added my flag to the library. Then I took Jeb for a little jaunt in his favourite lawn chair.

Finally got my parts all sorted out.. After which I sent a simple 1.25m Munar orbiter to the Mun and brought it back. I need to get a new LKO station up, but I'm having problems with Mechjeb wanting to do crazy things, so I have to fly them manually. I really suck at launching manually.

I also had alot of mods, i made an new folder in gamedata, and pasted in all the mods ex ksp020/gamedata/ahappydudesmod/holligansballoons

Crashed. then waited 2 minutes while the log screen thought about going to the VAB or the space center or restarting, and being forced to stare at it waiting, as any time I'd alt-tab to another window (chrome) it would force me back, as if it had finally made a decision but, nope, still thinking. I suspect this is a problem with playing in Windowed mode.

Still trying to launch something into orbit using the new bits. It does seems smoother however, when I'm not crashing rockets.

I've actually gotten a drop in performance.. Also whenever I end a flight it seems like a 50/50 chance of the game crashing, Though that could be because of the Nova Punch, KW, or MechJeb mods. Still haven't gotten anything accomplished and probably won't try to until they come out with a patch.

Right click on your KSP shortcut and goto properties. Add '-popupwindow' at the end of your 'target' field.
