New Debug Menu Feature?

Hey, I was wondering if anybody noticed the new debug menu feature. It's called whack-a-kerbal and it allows you to shoot white balls at rockets.

I think quite a lot of people noticed.

Well, at least it was in the API.

No it was not in .19. I sadly used the debug console almost all the time.

Oh, I mean... the API was, so I figured it might have been a "hidden feature" that I never bothered to look for.
