Well here's the quick and dirty 1.0.4 replica of this chap's ship... Not tidy, not well built, but proof that it still works if you're going to use it, control from the docking port and remember that forwards is backwards.... This craft tested from ~75km orbit. However, I've also had success in keeping them alive using an open cockpit SSTO - a Kerbal will explode at 800 degrees.Javascript is disabled.
