[FLAGS] Flag Detail Mask

Not sure if this should go into the release thread or not as its just a minor tweak that adds some fun to your flags.

After playing around with Gimp I played around with the "blank" flag in the flags folder to create a GIMP mask for adding greater levels of detail to any flag. Just open the flag up in GIMP, paste in the mask and it'll look more detailed. If the flag detail is too strong for your needs, just adjust the opacity on the layers tab. Sure It's something stupid and easy to do, but hey, why spend your precious time making it when someone else can do it!

These flags are in the ZIP as examples if you like them, and are based on the Earth flag from Futureama.

This is just the 'minimalist' flag texture from the default flags included with the game (*ksp directory*/GameData/Squad/Flags...).
