The Neil Armstrong monument is in the crater west of the crater with the arch. The monument is on the crater's south.

We are explorers. Why don't we explore this spot of land? ;-)

Pretty sure it's the Armstrong Memorial. The memorial has an arch to the NW of it just outside of the crater it is located in. Turning the picture, and it lines up.

no, that's another crater. this one is the one with a small hill inside, which you can kinda see on the left.

Well, I landed there and I found... NOTHING.

I swear, I've seen this almost every time I orbit over that spot. I didn't do a through investigation though. But I swear, it looked just like an easter egg.

I think this calls for.. DUH NU NU!! A through investigation. Which means we need to explore that spot. First one to find something gets a cookie!

You arent insane, I saw the twinkle too :o Landed as well, found nothing! Doesnt make any sense I say... no bloody sense at all. Ill get a Mapsat satellite orbiting the Mun and turn anomolies on, Ill tell you if it says theres an anomaly there :)

Its probably just a graphical bug with the terrain.

But I saw it tooo :o and it isnt a normal graphical terrain bug like when you see the whole Mun twinkling in the cracks of the textures.. Its the beacon like shining of arches and easter eggs!

There are probably areas with the terrain where graphical bugs could happen all the time.
