I Wonder if Kerbals use Kerbal Space Program

I don't know about you, but when I do a launch, I literally call it a test flight specifying the mission goal, and if it fails I don't don't my reputation as a mission manager. Yet even if I am successful, because I called it a test launch, I don't reap the reward. I end the mission.

My thinking is, Kerbals too use simulation programs before a mission, and the train just like I do.

But when I commit to a mission, I call it before launch and accept the concequences or reward. :)

Anyone else do this?

knowing jeb, I guess he would never make a simulated launch beforehand, he just straps a booster to a chair and off he goes! (and answering your question, thats how I do it aswell. I don't plan too much, I just smack some stuff together and see where I end up).

Watch the monitors in this video closely. Kerbals do indeed play KSP. Which might explain a lot about why there's no mission control besides the player at this point: mission control's too busy playing KSP. :P

They also play space invader :P

When Human Space Program was released by Skwad, it was a terrible failure as there were not enough explosions to keep the game interesting. Plus, the Pink, Tall space aliens Niel, Buzz, and Mike Hoomen were so threatening that several Kerbals died on the spot, causing several lawsuits. Additionally, the game used huge numbers and planets that brned up most computers.

It's a screen controlling the mission that is failing.
