I've Gone SSTO! [Warning Large block of grammar free text!!]

I was conducting a speed test using an uprated Ravenspear Mk4 (same as the stock but with twin afterburning turbojets outboard and PDE's inboard of those and a SAS unit behind the cockpit(in addition I added a ModuleGenerator to make the Mk2 fuselage generate its own fuel). I was going to try to break my previous speed record of 1,513 m/s. But I ended up in a giant suborbital arc with apoapsis at about 500,000 M, I ended the flight with out bothering to circularize I found that I had a maximum speed of about 2,878 m/s or near escape velocity(I would of kept burning but my ship was spinning as I didn't put a RCS system as I Wasn't expecting to leave the atmosphere. I didn't take pics because I was excited and I didn't really want to sign up for a Imgur acct right now.

Well, SSTO's are hard. Anyways, congrats!

Can you post pics of the craft, I might get some inspiration to make an SSTO (I don't make much of these "things")

Try and try until you... get frustrated at finding out what the hell is the problem then abandoning your SSTO works and reverting back to using classic multistage rockets for your lifting needs (been there, done that).
