Should save more often then I do. Like what I did for my probe around Jool. Ended the flight by mistake. Thankfully had a q save due to debating on weather to have a Laythe encounter or not for my ploar orbit (which did help get a nice straight up and down orbit around Jool) and the devs are getting rid of it in the next update. Should remember to save before returning to space center just in case I choose end flight by mistake once more.

I never use Quick Save. Never have, never will. Spoils the excitement I get from achieving my mission goals, knowing that if I screw up then the flight is doomed

Havn't quick saved once and I don't intend to start, it makes launching rockets and completing missions mean a little more if you ask me.

Well, I never quicksave. And when I crashed while landing on Minmus I made a promise that from now on I will quicksave. But still I never quicksave

I use the quicksave only when I feel like I need it. I've been using it a bit less often since it destroyed one of my landers... I was going too fast towards Duna for the atmosphere to slow me down enough. (and quicksaved just before entry) Only the capsule survived.

I didn't know about it for the longest time, so after figuring it out it felt like cheating. Currently I only use it to revert things I think are bugs. Like my entire space station exploding when I docked a space bike on a junior port.

I backup my persistence, quicksaves, craft files, and anything else I deem necessary, all automatically in real time, all DURING the time I play the game with a tool I wrote, with ZERO interaction from me beyond loading whatever profile I want and press a green button. I can pull up anything from any time the application was on, and running.

If something bad happens, I go back to the space center, go to my application, restore any version I want, then continue on my way.

Whenever I reach a safe location, I quicksave, get a drink of water, take a leak, pet the cat, call somebody, etc.

Every time I get to orbit and before and after places where I might screw up the first time. It's kinda like an instinct now and sometimes I don't even realize that I'm even doing it.

I only quicksave and quickload if my craft has the Prefix Atest- it's my equivalent of simulating missions (and they and their debris are never left in orbit/on planets/ect)

Well I'm fairly new, so I'm obviously missing something. Because I quicksaved quite a few times, and then when I needed to quick-load ... there wasn't anything there.
