How to Balance this Rover Rocket

I have build this Rover Rocket and i cant handle it. Every time i will launch this the rocket turns to the left side. I have 4 Versions of this Rocket and everytime happens the same. It is fullly symmetric (Left and right) but he is still turning around.

To understand what about i am talking here, i want to upload the Craft files.

I'm not able to check the craft myself atm (or start up KSP), but did you check the center of mass, and center of thrust? Might be that they are off, even if you used symetry

Could you post a screenshot? It's always easier, sometimes we don't need a .craft file.

Also on your CoT and CoM: is your CoT directly over your CoM? That would explain why it's uncontrollable.

I just tested your ships. On #3 you are using engine LV-T30 which has no vectoring so it will not steer. Use engine LV-T45. It has vectoring and goes straight.

As for #4 if you check your balance you will see that the thrust/mass is slightly skewed. I haven't tested far enough to see why this is.

A solution I use when I have strange craft is the DRAkTEC-VTOL-pack. It has some engines in it which can be used for throttle streering and work like a charm when you have an unbalanced load.

In #4 your rover is unbalanced and will not land properly either. Check out the VTOL pack. It can cure some of those problems.

I have done some Screenshots, but i dont know how to post them here?

I just can upload by other Webside.

So i am using the LV t-30 at the outside and inside the LV - T45, but wich engine i ever use the center of thrust shoudt be straigt middle at least in the hangar.

When i changed all to the LV -T45 the Center of thurst didnt move.

In my opinion thw whole rocket is 100% Symmetry. Just the rover for himself. but i also balanced him out.. this you can see on a screenshot from me.

Just when you explain me how to do this i am sure not everyone want to download the pictures all time.

I have also tried to move the Rover at the top. left or right but nothing helped. Also i tried to put some weight on a side. But than the rocket just crash into the other side

In my opinion the rocket dont have to be 100% symmetry 95% maybe enough and the SAS will stablilize the rest. But not in my situation

I am also using 2 SAS the advanced and the normal.. maybe is this a misstake?

For some reason, the craft won't load for me, but try using the radial attachment node to align the engine with the CoM. However, if all else fails or if there is still a bit of rotation, try adding as many of the normal SAS modules as possible to help dampen the rotation.

i have the MechJeb 2 thing on board.

I have the Version 0.20.2.186

More SAS will work stronger? So i will need also more wings?

And how to post the Picutres? So i can show the Rocket.

Ok i have deconstruct the complete rocket. and build the Rover 100% symmetry and he is still turning around.. Can someone pls do a video how he is build his rover or just sent a ready rocket with a rover so i can maybe find a better way to construct this useless rover...

I put the LC-T45 on all and it flew straight. You might also try fins on all sides, not just 2 sides.

yeah finaly i got the Rover on Minmus... After i got the rocket 4 i didnt thought about the 3.. so i didnt tested there the other engines. But yes this works!

In the end i had to build a little bit to reach the Moon save, but now i am there and everything still works

Just one ist now important. When i am driving on the Minmus, the rover need lot of time to get speed. When i am driving 16 m/s (didnt got fast for now) i need round 800m to break the rover to 0.

Is this normal? i hoped if he will be right heavy he will have more contact to the surface, for better breaking or accelerate.
