Salyut recreation.

Because I have always had an interest in Soviet/Russian space stations and the only ones out there are the MIR (by Bobcat) and the Salyut in the Kosmos pack. So I decided that it would be a nice idea to make replicas of each Salyut (from 1-7) as a whole piece (except docking ports and solar panels). And once I've made them (if anyone is interested in this) then I will go on to make interiors for each of them.

Very nice. Consider using Soyuz solar panels from BobCat's pack, as the first Salyut stations used the same panels as Soyuz.

Yeah that's what I was planning on doing and then using the Salyut panels from the Kosmos pack for the other versions of the Salyut.

You're doing it already, it was identical to DOS-1.

Technically speaking it wasn't, just a few things that aren't really noticeable, but other than that yes it is the same

More progress... Salyut-1 is complete for now (IVA and extra stuff on exterior will be added at a later date). Now I'm working on Salyut-2 (OPS-1)... oh what fun...

It's not quite finished, still a bit of work to do on it and those rectangles were for small details and stuff on the side of the Salyut... I will see what I can do to reduce the unnecessary ones

Dude! Do you have something against low-end machines? Look at the polycount on that thing. I swear no self respecting artist would call that "finished". You literally have hundreds of unnecessary faces there.

Edit. Don't extrude details. Just put separate objects on top.

Edit 2. You really should redo this. Better to do it now, since you've just started.

If I restarted now then I will go psycho from the amount of time I will be throwing in the bin... especially when I can easily reduce the polycount on them...
