What color would Kerbal's blood like?

Our blood's red because of Haemoglobin (which has Iron in it) so it would depend on the chemical makeup of their blood, if something in there is nice and colourful then it'd be that colour presumably.

I have been thinking about this for a few days now and just remembered while reading this thread;

Oxidized copper turns a greenish blue, so if a kerbal's non oxygenated skin colour is yellow then having haemocyanins instead of Hemoglobin would then give a green skin colour. I guess it depends on how dark the blue is, Hope this sparks your imaginations.

heres a bit on haemocyanins from Wikipedia:

Hemocyanins (also spelled haemocyanins) are proteins that transport oxygen throughout the bodies of some invertebrate animals. These metalloproteins contain two copper atoms that reversibly bind a single oxygen molecule (O2). They are second only to hemoglobin in frequency of use as an oxygen transport molecule. Unlike the hemoglobin in red blood cells found in vertebrates, hemocyanins are not bound to blood cells but are instead suspended directly in the hemolymph. Oxygenation causes a color change between the colorless Cu(I) deoxygenated form and the blue Cu(II) oxygenated form.
