You're clearly not familiar with Damned Robotics (updated to Infernal Robotics). It has rotation parts that can easily move the wings back and forth.

I did build one with the variable wings in 0.18... it was a joy to fly. But, here's MY F-15.

I get the feeling you prefer stock but I'd suggest you ditch the jet engines and add some firespitter props.
