3. Does "Creating a plane to laythe" mean flying an SSTO there with no refuellings, or carrying a plane on a rocket and flying it in the Laythe atmosphere?

I'm soon going to stream marooning jeb on laythe purposely. I don't want him to come back. I'm sending him in a plane mounted to an asymetrical lift system. will this count, or be disqualified because I don't bring him back? I plan on doing some slingshots to get out there too.

I think Brotoro would win this one. He's built a good base there, explored extensively, and recorded pics of it with some very nice story telling along the way. Yeah, OK, doesn't meet the parts compliment I know, but I just had to put that in

About the ''noob ship'' thing, I have several things to say/ask.

How do you define a noob? Because noob means new player. Or are you using the widely used definition of a bad player?

On another defining note, how new must the player be? 1 month? 2? 1 week? This is something really hard to define.

And why penalize them? I thought challenges were made so players could challenge themselves, and making themselves better at whatever the challenge involved. If you penalize a player for being new, doesn't that make sure new players won't play the challenge?

This is a subject that really grinds my gears, but I tried to calm as possible.

Wouldn't landing on another planet or moon and THEN going to Laythe be worth more points? Also the Noobship thing doesn't make too much sense.

There's only a set point deduction for using Hyperedit? So can I just build a ship that accomplishes everything, hyperedit it to Laythe, and still get a ton of points?

So, what if I build a ship that can do everything in your challenge, and persistence-edit it to Laythe? It's an automatic win.

Also, what is a bad player for you? Getting to Laythe is pretty difficult for some, so no "no0bz" will try this challenge.

Gosh, This is such a poor challenge...

"Extra feul mods." WTF is that? Like, mods that add extra fuel tanks? Kethane?

"Noobship". Dude, doing a 3-Man expedition to Laythe isn't THAT easy. If someone accomplishes that, he isn't a noob.

"Step by Step". What about Minmus, Ike, And Dres?
