Don't like hearing turning uses power. It would make more sense on unmanned ships. And Power isn't something that can be made Infinite with the Dev console.

Sure, I can throw on some RTGs to counteract it, but it's how much power it chews through, has me concerned.

Those reaction wheels aren't going to turn and stop themselves. A small solar panel will recharge your battery in no time.

Makes perfect sense that it would use power. It's a mechanical process. Really, even Kerbal life support should use power. Make it important to pack a power source.

It has no function at the moment, maybe it will come with a function in the full release?

My guess is that it's an astronaut training center or something?

Apparently it's the new Mission Control building.

The windows on the front of the building remind me of the old style NASA mission control building from the Apollo era. I think. But yeah, no one has said what the mystery building is but my guess is some kind of mission control maybe.

In one of the videos of .21 that I saw, it's mentioned that they crashed a plane into it and the flight log said "collided with mission control" (or something to that effect).
