Ok ok it's for the Scorpion Mk2: two types of wheels and suspension systems for a fairly large rover vehicle. Someone requested that I should draw the undercarriage clearer - so here's a good view what I think the undercarriage should look like.

From the "KSPIndustries" 3rd design concept; Bigger engines, Fixed wings, slightly more spacious.

Jetly Mk3

This is another [2nd] design of an emergency escape vehicle that (in emergency) detacthes itself out of the attachement unit. It has built it wings which upon detachment it opens up and its designed to glide its way back to Kerbin [KSC] it does not have built it landing gear but it is equiped with parachute. This is a purpose built vehicle for use once and for emegency only.

Jetfly Mk2

Above is the 1st design of an emergency pod, built purpose is for an emergency evacuation. With built in RCS and single use of "getaway" rocket to steer away from emergency. Both designs are only for one Kerbal pilot. It has built in parachute as standard for safe landing back to Kerbin.

Hi you KSP fans/developers/guys, hope you like some of these concept sketches. Please feel free to comment and also share your ideas too! would love to see what you guys can come up with! Are those exhaust nozzles supposed to be a sort of radial engine/intake? or are they going to be bits that you ad because they look cool?

more of radical engines, now come to think of it it would look good as air intakes is a good idea

Those are for radical engine exhaust, just like VTOL aircrafts like the Harrier jets. But air intake is a a good idea!

Cool. And those command pods look (for the most part) like they will be used by Manned Orbital Construction Spacecraft.

I was thinking of instead of sending precious Kerbals into space why not Robots? Need to find a name for it! which, of course if its in the game you would control it... just like controlling a Kerbanaught.

Does it need to be more Kerbal look alike or just more simple in design?

And yes it does comes with a backpack full of EVA fuels and lights on the head.

Nice, although I think you should make it look like it folds up and is crammed into something stuck on the side of a rocket. That way you still need a probe core, but you can have them get out and then occupy space in a command pod. Like, for instance, when Bill and Bob refuse to come along on a particularly dangerous mission, you can have 2 of those bots take their place in the crew.

Hey, If you credit the originator, maybe you can make these parts to see how well they work. Also, I seriously want that robot. Though I think it should be more durable than a Kerbal, and have the capability to do MUCH more once on EVA.

I guess you're right, it does look too bulky. I do like the idea of being flatpacked and can strap to a side of a rockets/landers/probes. gonna start drawing away for ideas now!!

Ok, bare with me for the rough sketch.

Just imagine it a kerbal flatpacked robot... this is what i could come up with... what do you think? strap it on a side of a rocket and go! bye bye Bill and Bob! lol

Approx Size compared to a kerbal, maybe a little taller as the legs and arms unfold.
