Option to merge different modules

I started to design and save my own rockets and ship modules. Now I wanted to merge my rocket with an previous saved satelite but I cant find the option to do so.

If I load the satelite the rocket disapear. Is there a shortcut or button to merge previous saved modules?

Can't be done using the stock version of the game.

Try Subassembly Manager.

You can't do this in the stock game yet, though I think it's planned for eventual inclusion. There is a mod that allows you to do this, though, it's called Subassembly Manager.

They ever get subassembly working again? I had some serious issues with it when 0.20 first came out...biggest thing is that it wouldn't let me save new subassemblies.

Subassembly Manager is not the same as Subassembly Loader.
