they aren't new parts, all the parts added to the stock collection already existed (plus more) with the KSPX mod. same with all the new parts from .20, with the exception of chairs

Wait.. the fact it has IVA, does this mean auto-Control From Here is also there, or is it not a Command Pod?

Though this also concerns me, because I have a smaller sized version for standard-sized rockets. Does the IVA also scale?
