As I was playing around with some stock ship or another I saw this:

That little dot just above and to the right of the aircraft. (starboard?) All I can give you as evidence is my word that it's not some random cloud particle, but something that had a fixed position in the sky.

Whatcha think? Minmus? Eve? It was during the day, and that was kind of close to the sun.

It's Minmus. It's the only planet moon close enough to be visible.

I actually have a really old screenshot of it together with the Mun.

Erm, I don't think you mean planet, Try moon.

But yeah It's defiantly Minmus, You can see it quite often.

Though I agree with you, I've actually seen documentaries calling the Moon a planet. It must be a common mistake.

The definition of "planet" is like "continent". Everybody has a different opinion. :P

Back OT, the ORDA telescopes let you zoom waaaaaaay in, so you can even see Jool's moons from LKO.
