The Kermans do indeed play Human Space Program. However, just after landing on the Moon, the game's politicians politicize the space race, slash the budget to the bone to make it appear they are fiscally conservative, and the lunar base never happens. Then the Kermans get bored and play Kermanville instead.

In HSP, there is no sandbox mode, no quicksave/load, and no time warp. It sucks.
