Remote-Tech like communication system

Hello! first, sorry because my bad English. ok, im having problems with my control pod mission in EVE. i understand all mechanic's about RT, i installed a very good communications satellite relay around kerbin, mun and minmus, and got all surfaces covered. Now, i want to go far. My target is eve but communication's delay turned a problem and i have like 30 or 40 sec of delay. Unmanned missions are almost impossible, that way. So, i launched a huge manned rocket with a lander that should become my control mission in eve (3 kerbals,1 pod,1 control module, some dishes, some omnidirectional antennas and lot of solar panels), and 3 satellites that should orbit eve in geosynchronous orbit and keep surface of eve covered and should allow me to send next satellites to orbit gilly(receiving commands from the lander). All went according to plan. the Lander landed, satellites in orbit (not achieved geosynchronous because they went out of control) but my lander is not sending any control to satellites, even if i aim dishes to them. I only controlled my satellites before the landing of lander, and right after the decouple of the rocket because they were in omniderectional antenna's range. Now i cant control nothing, unless the manned lander the main objective was not completed maybe because a bug or some error, i dont know.
