I'm trying to find the original now. Interestingly enough, there's no similar photo on the Space X site, so it's possible this is an unofficial photo a colleague took of another that was goofing off. Or, and I stress equally likely, my Google-fu chops are in sore shape and I'm just not seeing it.

It's off their facebook page. If you go onto google and click images, you can drag an image onto the search field and have google search for visually similar images. Found it staight away.
