Is that game really any _fun?_

I watched one of Scott Manley's videos of it, and while his fake accent was pretty hilarious, the game itself looked utterly tedious and dull.

Is the full extent of the game sitting in that custom's office screen stamping entrants as denied/enter? Or is there some later stage where you gain enough experience points and then get to the 'fun' part? ---->

Go watch Lost Scarf's play of it. That dude makes it hilarious. I've heard nothing but good things about it, although I have not yet played it myself. It does seem to have very limited replayability, tho.

basically yeah

you play the game to experience the moral dilemmas you have as a border guard in communism

if you play the game for getting in-game money, you're playing it wrong

well, that is the funny part, I realy thing the gameplay is not that good, and I hate letters so i have a horrible time with it :D

But its the story line the one that makes me play it again

It's not a game you play for fun in the traditional sense. Every day, you do the same thing with more or less restrictions and that really just amounts to paper work. But that's kind of the core conceit. The burden of paper work combined with the desire to sustain your family. The morality of choices - do you allow someone to go through that just wants to see their kid even though they may not have the proper paper work or do you deny them entry and get paid?
