No link between tanks

I have a little problem with my launch stage. I use 2 Rockomax X200-32 Fuel Tanks with a FL-R1 RSC Fuel Tank between them. Everything goes fine until I start to turn at ~10km. When I start turning, my launch stage falls apart for no reason. I reinstalled KSP, rebuild my launch stage and it stays happening. Even with struts.

A bug or something else?

It's happened to me before, I think you need to put the RCS tank somewhere else because it seems that they cannot handle large amounts of stress, like large launch stages. I put my RCS tank above a jumbo tank and it broke, so try putting it in one of your other disposable stages, like your middle stage, because RCS can be used anywhere throughout the ship.

Add some struts. What's happening is that fuel is used from top down, so the top tank will be empty or nearly empty when you make your turn. More force is needed at the bottom to turn, causing the top to move faster than the bottom due to the mass difference. As it tries to stabilize, the lighter top part will start to wobble and it will snap in the middle, were the RCS tank is.

In the previous versions I didn't had to use struts and it's the same design. But yea, time to use it then.

The big RCS tanks use the smaller nodes, so they're a weak link. Also, fuel tanks are heavier than RCS, so put the RCS at the top for stability anyway.
