Navball improvement

It is not my own idea but I think arrows pointing in the direction of stuff thats currently not really visible on the navball would be cool - and sometimes really helpful for me.

As the one who suggested this, I want to say that another thing that would help immensely is to just let us see the full 180 arc of the hemisphere of the navball. Right now we can't see the whole face of it because the ring of labels around it hide the edges. That's what leads to the most frustrating situation which is where you can't see BOTH the pro-and retro- versions of a mark and so you rotate around randomly until you see one of them. Once you see one you can work out where the other one is. But you often can't see either one.

You have no idea how much I want this. I think I might've suggested it before, but this would be immensely helpful. I'm always wasting time swinging my ship around to find vectors.

Pro- and retrograde markers are ghosted, and +/- normal and radial and anti-maneuver are marked right on the navball.

This is the best we have now. THe additional vectors part was originally planned for .18 but was scratched because of time constraints.

Another option that might work (but could potentially be confusing) might be having a second navball that points backwards.

This way you would be able to see the entire navball at any time.

Seconding this. The Enhanced Navball plugin is fantastic, and it's convinced me that something like it should very much be in the stock game.
