I just checked in on my in-progress Mun base which has Jeb at it. If that is how KSP spells it you must not be running american english because mine does have the H.

EDIT: If you could build a jet VTOL for Eve, what could we expect a vid like this to look like?

That's odd, I got the spelling from looking at the little crew picture at the corner of the screen.

Anyway, in regards to Eve I tend to stay away that planet. It's become a Kerbal graveyard for me on more then one occasion. Plus I don't have a ship with even the remotest chance of lifting off from there. Sorry. :(
