  1. I've tried this everyway and Sunday and still can't get it to work with my design to land on a drone ship. Always lands short. I've watched every tutorial that I can find without success. Anyone else have any success with this?
  2. This appears to work. No longer do my projects "fly" from the creation port. Tired a few dockings as well, and it does appear that the separation force is gone as well, but I can live with that. Looking forward full release that incorporates this new functionality. Again, Thank you! Sorry for the delay in responding, I was out of town. Again, great work!
  3. I am really enjoy this mod! Thank you for your contribution to KSP! I do have one question: When finalizing any project, when it is released, it flies, for lack of a better word, some distance from the construction port. Is there a way to fix this so it just releases it at the port?
  4. Great job! I can see the Space Center again during nightfall! Love this work. Top 5 mod on my list! Who needs KSP 2 with this other than a faster load time and the Unity engine issues.
  5. Well, this has been an adventure getting this installed, however, it appears to be working correct. My sincere thanks to the many who have tested and especially to Gameslinx for this beautiful eye candy. A whole new level of immersion and top notch work! Thank you!
  6. As one who has been here from the early beginnings, let me express my sincere gratitude to the Squad team! From trying to figure out how to put rockets together to now more mods than one could imagine, KSP has not only filled me with many hours of frustration but laughter, excitement, and joy. Rarely does a game create a culture so helpful, educational, and cohesive. Everyone from Harvester, content creators, mod developers and everyone in the community has made this what it is.   7. So, I am trying to remove all Legacy parts from KAS. Simple enough to remove the Legacy folder from Game Data folder. What I am trying to figure out is if there is an easy way to remove all Legacy parts from my save file and ships. I've tried to do it in game, however detaching them turns them into a root part and the game complains that they are connect to a child (when they are not). Is there something easier out their that will just remove them entirely from the save?

  11. I'm trying to figure out what happened to the connector for the RTS-1. I can't attach anything for resource transfer. Is there a part I am missing?

  13. As I am migrating a save from an older version, is there a list of these deprecated old solar panel parts and comparable replacements? Would hate to see my 4+ year save go away. Specifically I get complaints of the following: solarpanel-deploying-1x3-1 solarpanel-deploying-1x4-1 solarpanel-deploying-1x4-2 Much thanks for your consideration.
  14. Getting the ole "This app can't run on this PC" error message. Downloaded twice, adjusted to run as administrator, same result.
  15. This has fixed my problem. Outstanding work. I was a bit worried at first as both of my crewed ships enroute to Duna started at -170d + of Electricity remaining and then started counting down pretty rapidly from there back to a positive number. I am one happy camper and of course my Kerbals are pretty happy right now too! Thank you!
  16. I am sure the mod developer is working on it. I too am having the problem and none of the solutions or developer patch works for me. Currently I have two craft with -10 days plus power. If you go to KSC, hit escape, and then select settings, you will see a TAC life support button. To disable killing of Kerbals you can unselect "kill Kerbals." Hope that helps you and keep the faith. The fix is coming, it just take some time.
  17. I am running into an attachment problem wit the IR Rotatron. The top port of the IR Rotatron attaches just fine, however for the life of me I can not get the bottom portion to attach to anything other than a Cubic Octagonal Strut. I've tried symmetry and mirror methods. I have also tried both surface and disabling surface attachment. When placing the part there is an attachment node visible on the top and bottom. Anyone have any clue?
  18. Same here - Looking high and low for a "DEV" version not to be found. Hoping this correct my problem as well. Thanks starchitect. Nice to know that I won't I wasn't the only one not see the forest for the trees.
  19. I too have run into this issue lately. I suspect it is a recently updated mod, the key is finding it. Launching KSP and starting my game instantly pegs out at 97% Edit: Well, for me at least - the culprit seems to be scatterer and the associated EVE / Stock Visual Enhancements. Now stable with under 50% usage of RAM. See if pulling those mods help. I'd be interested to see if it can be duplicated. Just checked out the Scatterer thread Looks like it is killing rigs left and right of memory. Culprit confirmed.

  21. Not on CKAN at the moment... maybe because it shows only for .90 of KSP?
