What's the highest mass you've ever put into Kerbin orbit with a single ship?

Delivered 2850t to orbit. With an SSTO booster.

The top part is an untested Eve lander with 10k m/s delta. (12 stage asparagus) Maybe it's enough?

I might try refueling the bottom to use as the transfer vehicle. But it has horrible lag, so that will be a chore.

Check out the ratio of launch to orbit on this mod design.

From a launch weight of 190 tons to 46 tons in orbit and 23 tons around Mun. It turned out to be an extremely efficient design. Orbital Berthas were used exclusively in this design.

I haven't found the limit on my "standard" launcher, though it will deliver 250t to Jool from Kerbin, with a little leftover for maneuvering, and 500t to a high parking orbit with a ton of fuel left.

I have an "ultra heavy" which doesn't really get used. Same design as the standard launcher, but double the mass. No idea how much it can lift.

...can I see pics and download links? Like, now. Actually, can you supply them 30 minutes ago?

And here I thought the complaint with Asparagus was its too wide and ugly. Here is the answer, just stick the whole thing in orbit. Well done :)

Oh god. Imagine what you could do with procedural parts and novapunch. *shudders*

"blessed is he who displays exemplary gameplay through the power of stock" -book of Jeb (the psalm number is unreadable, smudged with something that smells like fuel)
