One of my favorite features from B9 Aerospace was the Infodrive. I'll give this mod a try since 0.24 support for B9 has not yet been implemented (at least, as far as I know). I'm always needing a reminder for all my action groups.

What I do to get around not using B9 but liking the Infodrive is that I downloaded the full Firespitter pack (parts and plugins) and just deleted all the parts but the Infodrive, so my Firespitter folder is just the plugin and the solo part. Dunno if you or anyone else would be game for that, but it works.

In linux neither enter key on my keyboard creates a new line. other than that, works fine :D Using the latest version of this on 0.24.2 64bit KSP, in Ubuntu 14.04

EDIT: also, arrow keys don't capture in flight scenes, and still move the camera on the KSC main screen. On the KSC main screen the cursor does move tho :D

Is there any way to set this to automatically create a note listing action group assignments? Or bind a note permanently to a craft file so that it is available every time you fly that ship?

I find the assorted extended action group mods over-complicated, and I don't really need the ability to alter my action group assignments in flight. I just need something to remind me what they are. It seems like this sort of mod could be perfect for that, if only I didn't have to recreate the list by hand every time I fly.

I need to investigate a little about this, but I like the idea.

Many kudos on the workaround for linux bug 1230!

I don't suppose, though, that you could set it to a hotkey ( ~ comes to mind as a good key for that, at least on US keyboards).

Sure, I'll add a configurable keybind fo this in the next revision.

How do I make an indent with this plugin while writing? Whenever I use the tab button it just highlights the file name. I've seen TheWinterOwl do it, so it must be possible.

I need to investigate that too, but I guess it should be doable.

That's odd, I'll look on that when I have some spare time to play ksp on linux. I've not played on linux since 0.23.5...

Thank you all for the comments!

Salud.

Hi, you can safely ignore the warning, I'll eventually ship a 0.11 version to fix that, but I want to finish some other things before.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already but I just installed the latest version and during KSP loading it says that notes is incompatible with 0.25, though it works perfectly fine. Is there a workaround for this?

Edit: I just saw that this was already brought up, please disregard.

I have the latest versions of KSP (0.25) and notes (0.10), but whenever I start my game a message pops up saying the mod is incompatible with my current version. It seems to work okay. Is this normal or is there a problem? And is there a way to make the message go away? Thanks!

I just tried this out in a new linux install, and was saddened to see the game wouldn't load with Notes installed. The game would stop loading and shut down when it got to notes. I removed the mod :( and the game started.

Entirely possible it's something I did wrong, being a total linux noob.

Hi White Owl, can I have the ksp logs when the problem happens? you can find them in '~/.config/unity3d/Squad/Kerbal\ Space\ Program/Player.log'. Upload that file somewhere or paste the content to pastebin or similar and then paste the link here, thanks.

I just tested the last version 0.10.1 on my linux box and all seems ok. Anyway, let's see that log :)
