The countdown for India's first interplanetary mission begins on November 5th 2013.

It is a very exciting moment for all of us. So I thought I'll share the same with everybody here.

There are a lot of firsts in this mission like use of civilian ships to track and communicate.

Plus it costs about 73 mil USD and is being toted as the cheapest mission to mars yet.

I really hope it succeeds as it will pave the way for more bold ventures in the future! :)
