All of a sudden meters begin to spin and the surface comes in fast...

You wake up next to a crashed command pod on the surface of Duna.

The last thing you remember is eating the Kraken bone.

As you tilt your head up you see a triangular shape on the horizon with the Kerbol rising perpendicular above it.

You are trying to put the situation together and starting to realize the command pod is beyond repair and there is no contact possible with KSP, at least for now. Still wondering how you got here, you put the piece of string in your EVA side pocket and decide to fire up your jetpack and head out towards the oddly shaped triangular figures on the horizon.

After flying for several minutes you come across a monolith with strange symbols on it. As you look over your shoulder it looks like there is a strange glow coming from the direction of the command pod.

As you are going back to the command pod, it suddenly ignites in a tremendous blue flare. This explosion, instead of pushing you away, sucks you in, including the monoliths above.

One of the monoliths smash into you, knocking you unconscious. You wake up on the ground, with only the stars to be seen.
