I am discomfort, I am death,

I am there in the most painful breath.

Question my power, and you will feel my wrath,

In a forceful stop, in a scalding bath.

My power can release many things

The darkest secrets, the hardest truths,

Sometimes, however, I am the secret

Held by the body's tightest rings.
