Google translate: soinge

Did you mean soinge? (heals)

Did you mean soingé? (neat/tidy)

EDIT: ninga'd

You switched the o and the i, and switched the n and the g, and missed the accent. At least the s was right

Close... close, but not quite. You thought it would rhyme, didn't you?.

Not really, I just thought it has two sides you can never really see at once, can be reflective when polished and almost never lands on the edge when flipped into the air.

Okay, Deutherius wins. I was really going for a Token, but coins are close enough. You cannot see both sides at once, yet apart you can see, since tokens typically have both sides display the same thing, yet both go through different experiences, and age differently. A literal silver lining between. Flip all you want, good luck hitting the middle.

And yes, "reflective" was a bit of a misdirection. "Reflective" is often interpreted as you would be able to see yourself by looking at it, but tokens are just minimally reflective, and specularly.

Err, what exactly is a token? What is it used for? (Sorry to be a nuisance, but I honestly don't know what you're talking about)

A flat metallic, compact, and finely crafted disc like object that has monetary value on a restricted use. For example, and arcade token, or bus token.

No need to apologize. From what I've gathered, a token is basically a piece of metal, superclass object of coin. As in, a coin is a token, but a token does not necessarily have to be a coin.

EDIT: Alright, I'll try to create a riddle some time later today :)

EDIT2: You know what, why stall the thread. If anyone wants to take the next riddle, go ahead, with the amount of work I have to do today I probably wouldn't be able to think of anything anyway.

I repeat, if you have a riddle to keep this thread going, don't hesitate to post it :)

It usually means something that's like a coin but isn't money. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Token_coin

EDIT: Well, sure Deutherius. I was just working on one I thought up earlier actually, so here goes.

I am never seen by eye,

nor heard however hard you try.

Unwritten I am, yet often known,

but not in English, nor binary code.

You think you'll be the winning solver?

I'll be honest, no-one knows the answer.

EDIT 2: Struck out for now.

I'll strike mine and let Starwhip's stand, since mine probably wants a bit more work anyway.

Also, I saw a double rainbow earlier :)

'Kay, then. :D

Repost:

Unseen things become larger than life,

Poked and prodded with tongs and a knife.

What am I?
