Why is there no EVA view for the Mk. 2 cockpit?

Why isnt there an EVA view for it? Is it in the planned features? Or is it intentional. I dont see why the pod would have windows if you arent going to let us see out of them!

Thats simply unimplemented, in fact, the cockpit itself is just a placeholder for future updates.

Yes, as shoveycat said it's simply not implemented yet. You may be able to edit the .cfg and make it refer to the MkI cockpit's interior, if you don't mind it being the same. Not sure if it'd line up correctly though, but something to try. I imagine a full, complete IVA is planned, though of course I can never speak with 100% certainty, as there are many things in development that are tentative.

And adding that Mk2 cockpit, or the Mk3 from TouhouTorpedo will not make your craft or saves unshareable, so even stock players can use it

Go to Spaceport - search "cockpit". The first two hits are this one and the Mk3.

We all know what the OP meant but this is not what he asked. He asked about EVA but every answer is about IVA!
