Jaxx
I've sent this as a message to both you, Mihara, and Proot, so hopefully I can figure out what the issue is.I've done a clean install of both KSPRC and RPM, and I think it's something screwing up between them. Screens display this wonky grey broken texture, and the AG buttons are messed up as well.Any ideas?Output log: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/74775048/output%20logs/output_log.txt Edited May 24, 2014 by Jaxx added log
Auriel
Hey Mihara.Something is causing all my glass cockpits to look like blank grey squares, I have no idea of what's causing it.For example, this picture is from the ALCOR pod: http://i.imgur.com/vlgKuBQ.jpg It shows black but in-game it looks more of a light-greyWould a list of mods I'm using help? I have for example the Active Texture Management (Basic) and the Renaissance Pack along with several others.Really would like to fix this, I can't remember how to play the game without Rasterprop

White Owl
I put together a new instrument panel for the MK2 cockpit, using several customized instruments. Or rather, one instrument (the ledPanelSpeed) repurposed as several different instruments. LINKWatch it in action:

Brucey
Yeah, on my stock cockpits the screens will show the same as your screenshots. This really sucks :\Works fine on mine. One thing to look at: does your vessel have power? The screens go black when there's no power.
BudgetHedgehog
I put together a new instrument panel for the MK2 cockpit <snippage>Just so you know, if I used the stock plane parts, I would download this so hard.. a fantastic edit of an edit of an edit of an edit of a now-stock part! Jaxx
Works fine on mine. One thing to look at: does your vessel have power? The screens go black when there's no power. There's a difference between having an inactive screen and having a totally broken one as we have. White Owl
I know I saw that same bug a couple times when I was installing/reinstalling the mod. I don't have the faintest idea what caused it, though, or why it magically resolved itself.

Green Skull
It's a clash with active texture management. I solved this a while ago but basically all RPM folders in game data have to be excluded in ATM configs. Even in individual mods, like the KSO or OLDD mods for example. There is a bit more info starting from here in the ATM thread.http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/59005-0-23-5-Release-3-1-Active-Texture-Management-Save-RAM-without-reduction-packs%21?p=1116712&viewfull=1#post1116712

Pyromaniacal
Hello, I have a bit of a problem.I am going to start by saying that I love this plugin. It's kind of amazing. However, I seem to have an issue with some of the stock cockpit textures, as you'll see if I can get the Imgur album to show properly. Images are labelled with the appropriate part.Javascript is disabled. View full albumI installed the gamedata folder appropriately, even though I don't use Scansat or MechJeb. I tried without those folders, to no effect. Most B9 parts are unaffected, with the exception of the supersonic command pod, as it uses the IVA of the Mk. 1 cockpit. What should I do, oh guru of the awesome instrument panel? Also, off topic, can anyone see my profile picture?.. Mecripp
So if you put them in does it fix it ? both together not even a 1 mb.Edit- yes you might want to check Green Skull post at the top. Edited June 4, 2014 by Mecripp2
Pyromaniacal
The first time I installed it, I dragged the gamedata folder in. It installed the whole shebang, both superfluous folders. That was when I saw it didn't work.As an afterthought, would Active Texture Reduction have an impact?UPDATE:I uninstalled ATR, made sure my Squad parts all check out and are up to date. This did change some things. The IVA for the Mk. 1-2 pod now has more textures, but I cannot see out of the window. Other IVAs now don't have the black textures, but now have flat grey textures. I cant click on the buttons, the throttle doesn't move etchttp://i.imgur.com/pUfplPi.pngI have the similar problem as you.I`ve got ATM installed (NOT agressive pack). K3-Chris
Does some mod add a aerodynamic version of the exterior camera btw? Adding the stock camera or the ALCOR version of the camera to the outside of a (space)plane with FAR means it just falls off, I imagine the same thing happens with a rocket as well.Cowling the camera in some pretty long and smooth exterior shape with part of it clear for the camera to see through would be the obvious solution, has anyone made that already or will I have to do it myself? the https://github.com/Mihara/RasterPropMonitor/wiki/Part-modules stuff is written pretty well to confuse me, and an example in unity would be a lot more helpful. K3-Chris
Those aren't RPM compatible are they? OP doesn't mention RPM.
BudgetHedgehog
They certainly are. No different to using the JSI camera. I don't know how stable the latest version is but I've basically only been using those cameras because of how clunky the JSI one is. EDIT: The only problem I've noticed is that the booster cam (the two way one), when installed alongside RPM, has one of the cameras deactivated so it's really no different to the aerocam. But yeah, they're vastly more aerodynamic and varied than the standard RPM cam. Still no decent forward facing one though, which I think is what you're after (me too, in fact). PirateCat
First of all, love the mod. It's nice for IVAs to actually be something that you can work in.I was wondering if there was some way you could something so you could change the colors of displayed bars based on how full they are. For example, if I could make the liquid fuel gauge be green when full, yellow when 50% and red when 15%, and then be able to setup another resource with changing colors at different amounts (say oxygen turns yellow at 10% and red at 5%)? Alternatively, the bars themselves being different colors, where you could set it up so the first bar is red, the next two are yellow, and the rest are green. Either way it seems like it would be fairly helpful for designing at a glance resource screens.
Kitspace
As far as I know the pages displayed are actually supposed to be fully customizable.I bet there is some info on that on wiki or just around the web...What is wrong with the docking cameras on the Goodspeed ports?Nothings is in front of the port that would obstruct my field of view but I can only see a wall or a surface of some sort in front of me all the time. How can I integrate the docking cam from the Lazor pack into one of the pages? Is this the thing done in the ALCOR?Thank you!
