How do you download .craft files and chrome and how do you place them into the "ships" folder.

How? when the download is done, I click on the file and it says I must use a program. I have winrar but it wont let me use that.

No, you don't open it. You copy/cut it, and go to:

[Your KSP folder]/saves/[your save name]/ships/... and then drop it on whatever folder it belongs to. VAB or SPH.

Right click the file, select "cut".

Navigate to your ksp folder. I don't know where it is because it could install anywhere you told it to and I told it to install to d:\ksp_win\

From there, navigate to saves\yoursavename\ships\ (Obviously, yoursavename will be your save's name)

From there, go into VAB or SPH for if you want the VAB or spaceplane hangar.

Right click and select "paste"

You could just download it and press "open file when done", at least I think. Or you could find it where you downloaded it to.
