I got to Jool finally! What have you done on Jool?

I'm posting this because I just got a mission to Jool recently, and it has a ton of Delta-v remaining. I had a lot of things planned for it and am doing a lot of those things. But I guess I'm just in Joolian mode right now. So yeah, lets hear what you've done on Jool! Pics would be nice, too!

I've done a few overly confident aerocaptures there. That's always fun.

I've also tried a reverse orbit aerocapture on Laythe, good times.

Other than using HyperEdit to teleport myself to Laythe after I raged because I could not land on Duna? Pretty much nothing.

One day I tried to 'land' on Jool to see if there was even some sort of 'ground'. I went to -250m before exploding due to Kracken effects...

I'm in the middle of a multi ship Laythe rescue mission, one to transport a landing/ascending craft and another to transport return fuel. I'm hoping that there will be enough fuel left over that I've got some redundancy for future jool missions.

Nice! Sounds like a tough mission.

I need to setup a few fueling stations in the Jool system. When I get as many fueling stations as I want, I'll be able to take ships anywhere I want because they can just refuel whenever they run out. I might want to get the Kethane plugin then, so I don't have to ship fuel to the stations all the way from Kerbin...

All the ships (probes) I've sent to Jool have either gone on a flyby, or on an elliptical orbit and got gravity assisted into solar escape.

Nothing yet, but the next launch window for Jool is opening up soon - I have a probe ready for a flyby mission. Fingers crossed!
