That's not a result of Romferer's Lazor System. You placing for the landing gear is really unstable. The front landing gear needs to be spaced out further apart.

also, that stock landing gear is REALLY HEAVY. You can fully double your fuel range and add half again to your ground effect top speed by switching to Firespitter fighter landing gear. Probably drop your wing roots as well, pull them back a little, and you do NOT need those front canards.... in fact, here's one I made earlier in 0.18 with a 320kN Luvodicus Super Atomic engine:

Yep, that's 7.5 tonnes of pure SSTMR (Single Stage to Mun with Return) with full crossrange capability from LKO, powered tail or powered/unpowered runway landing with a better than 3:1 glide slope at 140m/s!

The stock landing gear is physicless, which means that it doesn't weigh anything when you are flying.

really? 'Cos my orbital scout couldn't even make it to orbit with an extra 3 tonnes in landing gear... even with the ridiculous engine
