Hi all,

I have at the behest of Capt_Suggler, made a working Skylab launched with my Saturn V alike "Selene".

She flies in a very similar way to the Apollo Selene. Climb to around 9k m and gravity turn east to 45 degrees.

Let the first stage fully deplete then activate the next stage. Allow the stages to fully separate then fire the engines.

use the second stage to increase your ballistic arc and then circularize your orbit.

Fire the fairings before circularizing.

Then separate the Skylab and use the last bit of fuel to deorbit the second stage.

Then maneuver the solar observatory part into place. It has RCS so its just a matter of docking.

And there it is!

Under those Ibeams is a hitchhiker container so 4 crew. The windows are still exposed as is the entry hatch. :D

Next will be the Saturn 1b for crew transfers.

Thanks for looking.
