Looking for the name of a mod

Ok I am looking to update my mod but I deleted my folder before I wrote down what I was using. I know noob. Anyway it's the mod where you can rotate things at more angles then stock ksp. Your also able to add like 50+ of the same part on the same angle.

I can't for the life of me think of the mod.
