Eh...I can see now. HOW MUCH STRUTS DID THAT PERSON...use wow...that's just...wow, amazing and weird at the same time, A little more explanation would help too lol. I still kinda don't get it

you got the amazing and weird, throw in a healthy dose of absurd, and a large helping of why?....because i CAN, and you'll have it pretty much explained.

Whatever you think of as well beyond the normal limit is below the operating standards of a Whackjob creation, it just is.

Not sure what else to say other than, since you'll see it eventually, Whackjob, what's after the thrillsphere? Thrillsphere on the mun?

I too had my time with building huge rockets with payloads at 100t+ (although that's not an insane amount). It's not really difficult but ya gotta know the secret (struts everywhere).

Right now, I'm in a fase where I'm building realistic rockets, but am growing into the big rocket thing again as I'm lovi'n the rescaled solar system mod! Just to get into orbit you need about 8km/s+ DV, and I've gotten a satellite in low Lunar orbit!!

From a stable orbit at about 200km altitude, it requires around 3-3,5km/s DV to get a trans-lunar trajectory!

With the Rescaled solar system mod my record payload into Earth orbit is app. 3t.

D'aw. I remember when he was but a newbie, all dosed up on coffee and regret, with several splat-marks around KSC but not much else to his name.

And now look at him. All grown up and a forum legend and everything.

Brings a tear to your eye.

*sniff* they grow up so fast...
