Default Tweaks for Tweakables

I've found that if I set my parachute to 0.2 they go off at about 9000m, which is about when I wait to pull them. I'm lazy, and want to not have to set this myself. Also, I can trigger the chutes anywhere outside the atmosphere, and then when I'm coming in for reentry and landing, I can just fast forward to atmo and then go get some coffee or something. I know I could do it anyway, but I don't like flaming parachutes even if I'm not watching

Anyway I'm sure there are more relevant uses, but this is what made me think of this idea: Default tweaks. You can currently tweak the items once they're on your ship, both in the VAB/SPH and in flight. What if you could tweak the items in the parts list as well?

A "restore to default" is likely a good idea as well.

I don't see a downside to this except for changing the behavior of right-clicking parts in the list (which currently explodes/minimizes the part details). Nice idea.

Yeah I thought about that after I posted. No reason the tweaks can't reside within that same gui window.

yeah, right click brings up the info and further right click brings up tweaks. Then another right click to close all.
