Past maneuver node won't delete

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem when trying to fly to minimus or the moon. When in orbit around Kerbin, I set a maneuver node to help guide my transitional burn. However once I've made the burn, the node is still there, but the orbit is gone so I cannot delete it. Now it is preventing me from placing any other nodes.

What do i do?

You mean you change the SOI and you didn't delete the old node? That seems like a bug.

Try to press F5 to save and then hold F9 to reload

You cAn also right click the node, than click the x.

Although if you literally could not delete it (via right click X like TechnicalK3rbal said) then it's a bug. See if you can recreate it consistently (and in an unmodded game if possible) and then report it.
