Nice. I don't have KSP installed right now but I'm curious: how did you get the rover wheels to all go in the same direction relative to the rotation? I tried to make a rotor powered by rover wheels once but no matter what I tried the wheels on either side of the central axis wanted to go in the same direction relative to the craft (ie, the way you'd normally want on a rover).

I'm wondering the same thing. I tried and was unable to fly it. I had to unpower half the wheels, and then it didn't have power for takeoff.

A few instructions for flying:

•Map the rover keys to a different set of buttons (specifically rover right turn)

•Load up, turn on SAS, then press Space, Left Bracket, Space, Space, Space, Space, Right Bracket (That should detach the rotors).

•You need to be getting decent framerate or it doesn't always quite work.

•Hold the rover right turn button to spin it up, it should rise... use the normal controls to try and keep it steady.

•You may need to press '.' and ',' to enter timewarp and leave, to reset physics so the wheels actually interact with the rotor.
