Yeah thats the problem using the adapters. No flat aircraft, but it makes everything so smooth. Why not just make it a 35? I think it looks really similar with that adapter body.

Or just make it a hybrid of the two. Nothing wrong with original craft.

imho your beta f22 for 0.25 looks better: better tail, better nose shape (real cockpit makes it look like an f 35) and maybe it has higher attack of the wings that makes it flatter but i could be wrong. Keep the standard cockpit if you want a more f22 style, and then you can release a different version lkke your old f22.

I had an old F-22 with a slim frame. I should probably make a new one, though.

It's raptor mania. Mine is done pretty much done visually. Handles like a brick though, I blame the new flaps. And as always, the outrageously heavy adapter.

I just loaded the b9 nosecone in so I didn't have to look at the round stock one. I changed the weight to .4, to equal the adapter and nosecone, which is bananas

Orange Tank To Orbit.

Major re-think seems to be yielding results. I can't continue working on this today but here is where I am at. The cargo orange tank is full. The other one is empty and just being used as a fuselage.

No rocket burn in this flight.

I'm working on a Massive Space Shuttle - I started pretty simply...

....it got bigger...

....lots of flight failures, but I pushed on, i wanted the orbiter to work before attemting the STS.

And finally it worked!

And landed!

A "stock size" KSP shuttle (Giggleplex's) next to mine.

And here's where I am right now - working on the tank. I've got way more fuel in it than I need, so I can empty some tanks while trying to balance it out. I also need some MASSIVE SRBs to power this thing.
