Here it is, not exactly high-performance but fun to try out.

I named it KerbAprilia Pi ! :D lol

It has 24 solar panels per bearing ! (96 total)

Pretty good drifter, but low top speed (20 m/s)

Don't bother trying offroad with it or this might happen... :P

@Daze

Now that is a climbing angle :D

-------

On my self, I've been developing a smallish analog of the ESA IVX. Had to take some liberties because we can't really shape the parts surface to better adjust CoL and CoM, but so far the unpowered tests are being satisfactory.

BTW I've been able to land this perfectly on the grass, but for some reason all the attempts of landing on the runway end with one of the back landing gears ( and sometimes the front one too ) sinking on the runway without being destroyed with various messy and explosive things happening after that :D Anyone has a idea of why that is happening ? ;)

I must admit that this is a clumsy attempt at it, but I am trying to create a larger cargobay with the MK3 bays.

Just where to put those opened doors...

This is also why I submitted a suggestion.

I had the same thought last night playing with bays. Looked a bit weird with the open doors...wishing I could cut them off or fill in the space with another modules. Then I realized I could just make a bay with wingparts. :)

Yeah, but that's where I am coming from and I do not want to go back there ;)

It looked ugly but surprisingly it flew quite well. Notice how the loading ramp is built from wings "the wrong way" - where they ignore the souposhpere. Otherwise it would have messed up the balance bigtime.

I'll build something bigger with the idea, maybe an SSTO and deliver something big ... somewhere.

Here's my A.P.E lander, main engine is a 48 -7s, the frame has the best handling I've ever built for this type of vehicle (still WIP)

There will be a supercharged version with 5 ION engines instead of 1 at release (placed where the sensor array nose cone currently are).

Strapped it to a rocket. Looks safe so far! (poor Jeb no chute yet)

I've got a new idea for a sort of standardized 4x4-type rover, with the base model being this:

The Puma seats four (with doors), has a rear truck-bed type storage area, and can be easily modified. I'm hoping I can turn this into a series, with military, scientific, and resource-extraction variants.

Cute rover there! Might look slightly better with only 1 seat. Nice details

I'm working on version 2 of my pressurized (hollow hull) VTOL/SSTO ColdWeave.

Goal: less parts, improved look and handling, more deltaV

So, with some experience from the Puma, and the inspiration from the old trailers for Homeworld: Shipbreakers, I've made an armored assault vehicle similar to the LMI ones shown in the vids.

I call my design the Grizzly ISV.

And, while on the topic of craft inspired by HW:S, here's a flying-wing scoutcraft.

I don't ... but I like it!

If I look at all these things ... I've got the feeling a lot of people wish for parts a lot smaller than we currently have ... am I right?

I know I wish for them. Even stuff in the centimeter range.

I concur with this statement.

Making a new main fighter as Sabres are expensive.

v0reKdq.png

Started off with a dual engine design, it was fast(212m/s) but unnecessary and was making getting the lift in the right place difficult.

3R0pnI7.png

Moved over to a cheaper and more maneuverable, single engine design.

But with a lower top speed.

WIP - Soyuz 7K-L1 "Zond" :) - currently 143 parts - 5 tons. made it with having in mind to use it as a basis for other soyuz spacecraft version, and having the ability to match with my R-7 designs :P

xHBmZXRl.png

(sorry for the weird angle, it was a hack gravity test to test out the RCS system :P - has yaw / pitch / roll :P)

and the rocket to go with it (still have to build the fairings ;))

Proton - currently 422 parts - including blok D :)
