I'm afraid "navigating" is a pretty big subject. What was it you were trying to do? Get to orbit? To Mun?

Maybe i can help a bit. It sure helps to have flightsim experience, the navball is vital.

I also learned women have more trouble in this, because they often have trouble "imagining" space and positional awareness.

This is no joke, men and women have that difference.
