What Have I Found Near Gilly?

I was recently flying past Gilly on a failed attempt to gain science when I saw this:

I managed to position the window of my pod to face the object that looked a bit like a fuel tank.

I would really like some insight as to what this might be.

P.S I am new, so if I posted this thread in the wrong place, let me know.

If you zoom in, its pretty clearly a chain of spheres, not a cylinder

Whack-a-kerbal, I've made that same mistake thinking they're (the whack-a-kerbal objects) an easter egg before...

Well, IIRC, whackakerbal balls despawn after exiting physics range, rather than saving as objects, so why is there a dozen of them lying in a crater on Gilly?

Time to construct a second Sentari tour ship as the first is in transit right now.

Ah, thanks. I see where you're coming from. I did in fact use whack-a-kerbal to try and destroy part of my ship that I forgot to put a decoupler on.

I feel a bit stupid now.

Lol, this mission is a failure, but I'm not sure a planet can predict that!
