Simulating flight characteristics of projectile moving at trans to supersonic speeds

Anyone knows a good simulator for those, where you specify shape and mass of projectile, enter atmospheric data, speed and direction of motion of a projectile and it simulates it's flight pattern?

I can guarantee you that such a thing does not exist.

Pretty sure it's called a wind tunnel. However, I'd go with K^2's answer for one that is computer simulated.

Depends on what kind of accuracy you want. RockSim Pro does six degree of freedom calculations for model, high-power, and larger rockets. It supposedly handles speeds up to Mach 10. You can specify the shape and mass of the rocket, but I don't know that you get to specify atmospheric parameters (it may apply only to Earth).
