BTW, may I ask why the texture are RPT-name-? Well.... they are.... Pressurized Resupply Tank. lol

It's a typo that got copied over to the other files.

How about a layout like this:

So remove the 2 "do not..." signs, each "how to handle" it's own line with checkmark or cross and maybe make the resource logo a bit bigger.

Cross and Check marks wouldn't look too good I guess. Enlarging the logo would also affect the readable-ness of the words. Here's where I got most of my ideas from. Don't laugh.

Edit: i am asking because know how to change configs but i am not sure it will work considering that it has modular fuels affecting the configs

Quick and dirty way is to simply change the modular tank config to accept the ECLSS resources. The volume should be the same for both, so that should be all you'd need.

Best just to use modular fuels tank mod and add CO2 in the Resources cfg and add the MODULE to the bags would be my best guess.

The mod looks great so far, but I have a problem. How do I transfer resources to and from the bag? I tried alt + right-clicking to transfer as normal, but that doesn't work. Then I try taking the bags/tanks off in EVA mode but nothing happens when I right-click or press the 'G' key. Please help! I have v0.23.5 of KSP and I'm using blackheart's TACLS-style texture pack. Is there anything special that I need to do to install? All I did was unzip the mod into my GameData folder and then unzip the texture pack into the same directory.
