From a further distance Barski will actually launch these abominations into the sky. Not much detail in the screenshot from the launchpad though. Not sure why this is happening. Had no problem till last night Bill started doing this on Minmus, but just himself. So I went and put Barski at the end of the runway alone so I could view what a "Normal" EVA should look like in the persistance file, what happened was this though =/ Also there was a capsule next to him, but his spawns blew it up lol.

I have a feeling that somewhere in a rural region in Rominia, a computer hacker is laughing.

I suggest a reinstall, unless you want the holycrapitsademonkerbalsquidoius calamarian to strangle, eat, then asslimate every kerbal there.

Then a anti-virus scan.

Do it ten times, to make sure whatever virus caused it is dead, dead, dead.

Make sure you uninstall Internet Exploder.

Also, I concur on the Kraken hypothesis. No Kerbal shall look up to the sky with hope, and this day shall be cursed by ye who have awakened the Kraken.

It looks like the game spawned many instances of Barski inside each other for no apparent reason... Do you have RemoteTech installed? Because I've had a few satellites spawn four instances of itself in the same place, leading to lots of 'splosions the second I loaded them

It can well be kerbals slowly fusing into each other as part of their mutation, all started out by one kerbal who got the virus which transforms him into a kraken, but obviously biomass is needed for the new kraken to be born.
